Validate Sandbox and View Validation Report

Validate your sandbox to proactively identify all potential errors before you apply changes.

When you validate a sandbox, if there are any errors, you get a list of errors in the Sandbox.  You need to review and resolve the errors in the Sandbox.
  1. Sign in to your service.
  2. In Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Console, click Semantic Model Extensions under Application Administration.
  3. On the Semantic Model Extensions page, click User Extensions.
  4. From the Actions menu of the sandbox you wish to validate, and click Validate Sandbox. This option is available for both Main and Customization Sandboxes.
  5. Select View Validation Report.

    You get the following message if the sandbox validation is successful.

    If there aren’t any errors, the Subject in the Activity tab shows as Validated with no detected errors and you can proceed with using the Sandbox.
