View Data Share History

You can view the detailed history of your data share requests for refresh types such as first time share, incremental, and frequent data refresh.

The history enables you to understand how the sharing process is going for different targets and take any corrective action. For each request, you can see the data source, target name, scheduled or start and completion times, status such as In progress, Failed, Completed with Warnings, and Completed, and additional details in summary such as number of tables shared. The data share process has these two steps and you see the status for each step:
  • Prepare Data (1 entry for full load)
  • Refresh Target (1 entry for each target for each refresh)
