Accessing Compliance Reports

Independent third parties conduct EPM Cloud security reviews and create security reports, for example, SOC 1 reports (based on Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No 18), SOC 2 reports, and other reports reviewing the effectiveness of administrative and technical controls. Compliance reports available for EPM Cloud include:

• SOC 1 Report
• SOC 2 Report
• Bridge Letter
• ISO Certificate
• Disaster Recovery Evidence Document
• Security Assessment Report

OCI Customers Using Oracle Cloud Console (IAM)

1. Open Home navigation menu.
2. Click Identity & Security, and then click Compliance.
   
   

   The Compliance Documents page displays all documents you have permission to view.

3. Find the document you want to download, click the Actions icon (three dots), and then click Download.
4. Review the terms of use.
5. When you're ready, select the I have reviewed and accept these terms and conditions check box, and then click Download File.

OCI Customers Using EPM Cloud My Services

To download the compliance reports for your EPM Cloud service:

1. Sign into the My Services. See these topics:
   • Accessing My Services (Classic)
   • Accessing My Services (OCI)
2. Under Active Applications, click the Action Menu for your EPM Cloud service.
   
   
3. Select View Details.
4. Open the Documents tab.
5. Optional: In Document Type select the type of document, for example, SOC-2, to list only the specific document type you want to download. Alternatively, browse through the list to find the document you want to download.
6. Click Download next to a document to download it.
7. Follow on-screen instructions to open or save the downloaded document.
