How do I change beneficiaries?

You can change beneficiaries as often as needed, at any time during the year.

Start on the Home page.

Select Benefits.

The Benefits work area displays your current enrollments and beneficiaries.

Highlight Enrollment Summary.

Select Change Beneficiaries for a list of the enrollments that you've added beneficiaries to.

Select Change Beneficiaries.

Adjust the percentage of proceeds as needed and select Submit.

In the Gerry Sanders field enter 50.

In the Mark Rivers field enter 50.

Select Submit.

After you submit, you can verify the change in the Enrollment Summary.

Highlight the Basic Life panel.
