1 Changes in Release 23.2 for Oracle APEX Administration Guide

All content in Oracle APEX Administration Guide has been updated to reflect release 23.2 functionality and user interface changes.

New Features and Updates

• Extension Menu Links

  Workspace administrators can add custom links that display on the Extensions menu on the APEX menu bar.

• Restricting App Login Access

  Instance Administrators can restrict access to all or specific customer built applications by configuring the Disable Apps Login attribute.

• Disabling Background Installations in the Application Gallery

  Instance administrators can now disable background application installation in the Application Gallery.

• Workflow Settings

  This release includes a new Workflow Setting, Workflow Retention Period Days. Use this attribute to specify the number of days completed workflows are retained in the instance before being purged.
