How you sign in and access your development environment depends upon your user role and where Oracle APEX resides.

Oracle APEX may reside in a local self-managed Oracle Database or in a hosted environment (such as an Oracle Cloud service).

Accessing Oracle APEX in a Local Self-managed Database

If you are running Oracle APEX in a local self-managed database, sign in to your APEX workspace as described in Signing In to Your Workspace in Oracle APEX Installation Guide

Accessing Oracle APEX in Oracle Cloud

In Oracle Cloud, you can access anOracle APEX development environment in Oracle APEX AI Application Generator which installed and enabled in:

Oracle APEX AI Application Generator Service (APEX Service)
Oracle Autonomous AI Transaction Processing
Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse

Oracle APEX is available in Oracle Exadata Database Service and Database Cloud Service in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. However, you need to manually customize your databases to install and enable APEX by following on-premises installation process or using cloud tooling such as Terraform.
