CREATE_WORKING_COPY Function

This function creates a working copy of an accessible main application and returns its ID.

A repeated request with the same name for the same main application raises an error and does not create another working copy.

Syntax

FUNCTION apex_application_admin.create_working_copy (
    p_application_id             IN   NUMBER,
    p_working_copy_name          IN   VARCHAR2,
    p_working_copy_description   IN   VARCHAR2     DEFAULT NULL )
    RETURN NUMBER;

Parameters

Parameter	Description
p_application_id	ID of the source application.
p_working_copy_name	Name of the new working copy.
p_working_copy_description	Optional description of the working copy.

Returns

The ID of the new working copy application.
