8.112 V$PDB_INCARNATION

V$PDB_INCARNATION displays information about all PDB incarnations. Oracle creates a new PDB incarnation whenever a PDB is opened with the RESETLOGS option.

  • 1: This value is used for rows containing data that pertain to only the root

  • n: Where n is the applicable container ID for the rows containing data
