DbEncrypted
The DBEncrypted attribute determines whether encryption at rest is
enabled for checkpoint and transaction log files and specifies the preferred AES

TimesTen respects the setting for the DbEncrypted attribute for all
operations that create a new checkpoint file, such as database creation,
ttRepAdmin -duplicate, and ttRestore.
