Add an Account

Add another virtual account to an account holder.

Required system privilege: Add, edit accounts.

Accounts can only be added to account holders that have been verified.

Only the owners of the account holder can add accounts to them.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Accounts tab, and then click Add Account.
  2. Select the Account Holder to which you want to add the account.
  3. Enter a unique Account Name.
  4. Select the Bank Account Name.

    Note:

    Only bank accounts that have been verified are listed as options.
  5. Click Add.

    Note:

    You can also add an account directly to an account holder record. Click the Account Holders tab, select the account holder, click Accounts, and then click Add Account.
