Configuring On Demand Credit Card Voucher Printing

You can configure the printing of a Credit Card voucher to be on demand only. This setting applies to Auth&Pay transactions such as Sales and Cashback. Authorization Vouchers will always print.

To never print the Credit Card voucher:

1. Select your Revenue Center, click Setup, and then click RVC Parameters.

2. Click the CA//EDC tab.

3. Enable option 22 – Do Not Print Credit Card Voucher.

4. Click Save.

To prompt the user to print the Credit Card voucher:

1. Select your Revenue Center, click Setup, and then click RVC Parameters.

2. Click the CA//EDC tab.

3. Enable the following options:

   • 22 – Do Not Print Credit Card Voucher

   • 23 – Prompt for On-demand Credit Card Voucher

4. Click Save.
