Edit a signal configuration

Change aspects of scripted, interactive, and multisource signal configurations.

The properties that you can edit vary depending on whether the configuration type is scripted, interactive, multisource, or multi-enterprise enabled.

Note:

You must have Manage Signal Configurations user permission to perform the following actions.
In the product-event combinations panel, select a tab to display a specific product-event combinations table determined by the tab view. By default, there is a tab for each active alert type. If a default view has been configured this will be the first tab on the left. The first tab on the left displays the default view if a default view has been configured for either the product or the signal configuration. Depending on the setup, the default view is:
  • The product default view, if selected.
  • The configuration’s default view, if no product default view is selected.
  • No default view tab, if no product or signal configuration default view is selected.
  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon (Settings icon).
  2. In the Configure System section, click Manage Signal Configurations.
  3. Click the Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon) for the signal configuration, and then click Edit.
  4. Edit the fields according to the table below.
