ttXlaBookmarkCreate('bookmark', 'replicated')

Examples
For non-replicated bookmark, execute the following:
Command > call ttXlaBookmarkCreate('mybookmark');
or:
Command> call ttxlabookmarkcreate('mybkmk2',0x00);
For a replicated bookmark, execute the following:
Command > call ttXlaBookmarkCreate('mybookmark', 0x01);

You can also create a bookmark when you call ttXlaPersistOpen
