It brings together the most complete portfolio of portal, web experience management, content, social, and collaboration technologies into a single integrated product suite.

Many of the products discussed in this document use other products to increase functionality and flexibility. For example, the Oracle WebCenter Content: Imaging product integrates with Oracle Document Capture and Oracle Distributed Document Capture to convert physical documents into an electronic format that can be uploaded and used in Imaging.
Most of the products mentioned in this overview use WebCenter Content to manage the files used in the product set. For example, Oracle WebCenter Content: Records uses Content Server as a repository for the files that are tracked and managed by the Records product.
Because of this interaction between products, it is recommended that you read this entire document to familiarize yourself with the entire product family available with WebCenter Content.
