New and Changed Clustering Features in This Release

This release of Oracle WebLogic Server adds the WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) commands to improve usability for dynamic cluster lifecycle operations. By using the WLST scaleUp and scaleDown commands, you can easily start and stop dynamic servers in a dynamic cluster and expand or shrink the size of a dynamic cluster. See Starting and Stopping Servers in Dynamic Clusters and Expanding or Reducing Dynamic Clusters.
