21 Sharing Blog Assets

You can share the blog assets created by content providers across sites. Make sure that you share all types of blog assets.

Note:

The blog asset definition is required to define the attributes that make up the blog asset form.

To share blog assets:

1. Log in to the Admin interface as a general administrator.

2. Select a site.

3. Locate the asset you want to share:

   1. In the menu bar, click Search.

   2. Click Find or Advanced Search for the asset type.

   3. Fill in the fields, and then click Search.

4. In the search results list, click the asset you want to share.

5. At the top of the form in the button bar, click Share element.

   The Share Element page opens.

6. In the Share to: field, select the sites with which you want to share the blog asset you selected.

7. Click Save Changes.

   The blog asset you selected to share is now available on the sites with which you shared it.
