Define Business Units
You define business units in the Setup and Maintenance work area. You can skip this step if you have already created business units when you set up your enterprise structure.
Here's how to create additional business units:

In Setup and Maintenance, go to:

Offering: Sales

Functional Area: Company Profile

Task: Manage Business Unit

In the Manage Business Units page, select the create icon, or select Create from the Actions menu.

In the Create Business Unit page, in the Name field, enter a name for the BU.

Optionally, enter the Manager and a Location.

Ensure that the Active check box is selected.

Pick a Default Set for the BU. This is the reference data set that the BU will use.
