Set the Default Locale

You must choose one default locale. You can use the English, United States locale, which is set automatically, or change it to one that best meets your organization's needs. Authors and knowledge users can override the default locale by setting their user preferences.

  1. Go to Setup and Maintenance.

  2. Select Service from the Setup drop-down list.

  3. Select Knowledge Management from the functional areas.

  4. Select the Manage Knowledge Locales task.

  5. Select any active locale in the Default Locale list.
