Time Entry Using Oracle Digital Assistant
If the Project Time Entry skill is enabled, team members can use Oracle Digital Assistant for time entry.
Create Time Entry
Create project-based time entries for your chargeable tasks.
Intended user: Team member
Sample phrases you can use:

Enter project time

Enter 8 hours for today

Record 4 hours for project
<your project name>

Add 6 hours to my time card

Add 3 hours to task

Things to consider:

Use digits and not words when specifying hours. For example, use 2 hours instead of two hours. You can use 4.5 hours to enter 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Expenditure type is always defaulted from the PPM Cloud application.
Update My Time Entry
Edit the hours for a time entry you just created or when reviewing your time card.
Intended user: Team member
Sample phrases you can use:

Change my time card hours

Update my time entry
Then the digital assistant will prompt you to specify task and hours.
Submit My Time Card
Submit your time card to HCM Cloud Time and Labor.

Things to consider: If errors exist when submitting your time card, you should view and resolve those errors in the HCM Cloud application.
Copy My Time Card
Copy time entries from last week's time card.
