Create or Intake a Case
Depending on your configuration, you can create Cases a number of ways.
Create a Case

Click Create Case on the Case list page.

Complete the appropriate fields on the Create Case page. The Title field is required.

Click Create.
The case is now created and the case is displayed in the Details page.
Create a Case by Interview
If your organization is using this feature, you can create a case through an interview and walk through a list of predefined questions.

Click Create Case by Interview on the Case list page.

Complete the appropriate fields on each page and click Next until you've completed the interview. The following image shows an example of an interview form to create a new case.

Click Submit when you're done with the interview.
