Delivered Communication Events
Oracle Permitting and Licensing delivers a robust registry of communication events that are triggered by transactions and processes within the application. You can view a partial list of communication events and descriptions in this topic.
The delivered communication events are found on the Communication Events page. In the Navigator, select Setting Up Communication Templates.

Business license communication events enable agencies to automatically send communication when the business license status changes. You need to set up Workflow tasks and the communication template to trigger communication events. The following communication events are provided for business licenses.
