Set Up the Agent Insights Panel

You set up the Insights Panel in VB Studio.

Here's how you enable it:
  1. In the Service Center application, open an SR to view the Service Request detail layout.
  2. Click the Settings and Actions menu, and select Edit Page in Visual Builder.
  3. Choose your project.
  4. Expand the Oracle Fusion Service UI Extension App list, and select the Service node.
  5. In the Constants list, select agentInsightsEnabled, then in the properties window, change the default value from False to True.
  6. Now, to configure which cards are displayed within the in the service folder, expand the ec folder, and then expand the sr node.
  7. Make sure the following Constants are set to true.
    • actionPlanInsightsCardEnabled
    • knowledgeInsightCardEnabled
    • launchInterviewInsightsCardEnabled
    • similarSrInsightsCardEnabled
  8. Now preview your changes and note the Insights button displayed below the Settings and Actions menu.
