Required Roles

To activate service request (SR) classification in the Classification administration UI, you must first assign the following roles to your administrators:

• CRM SVC Attribute Detection Administrator: You can find this role in the application for AI Apps in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Adaptive Intelligence Applications Administrator: You can add this role from the Security Console.

Users who are assigned these roles can access the REST service of SR Classification Prediction Service and the administration UI of SR Classification.
