Activate Intelligent Account Combination Defaulting and Download the Evaluation Report

AI Apps uses machine learning models with algorithms that are trained and optimized on your data. Without creating large volumes of test data, you can understand the potential performance of an AI Apps feature using the model evaluation report.

As a user with the Application Implementation Consultant role, follow these steps to activate the Intelligent Account Combination Defaulting feature and download its evaluation report:

1. Navigate to AI Apps Administration:
   1. If you're not already on the Home page, click the company logo in the page header.
   2. Use the arrow in the tab carousel to scroll, and click the Tools tab.
   3. In the Quick Actions section, click AI Apps Administration.
2. In the list of use cases, find Account Defaulting and click Activate.

3. If you're activating the feature in a nonproduction environment, enter the latest P2T refresh date when prompted.

   The refresh date identifies the production data available in the nonproduction environment for model training. When you submit the date, data ingestion for AI model training begins.

   In a production environment, you aren't prompted for a refresh date. Clicking Activate starts data ingestion for model training.

4. Wait for model training to complete. Training typically takes 8 to 12 hours, depending on the volume of data. Large data sets might require more time.

   When training is complete, the status of the use case changes to Activated.

5. After the model is trained, download the evaluation report:
   1. Navigate to AI Apps Administration using the same user that activated the feature.
   2. In the list of use cases, find Account Defaulting and open the Actions menu.
   3. Click Download Report.

Use the evaluation report to understand the potential performance of the feature on your data. For Intelligent Account Combination Defaulting, the report also contains the promotion code that you need to opt in to the feature.
