What are the system requirements for Microsoft integration?

The system requirements are different based on which version of Oracle's Microsoft integration you're using.

Microsoft 365 Integration System Requirements

The system requirements for the Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX and for the Oracle CX Sales for Microsoft 365 (previous version) integration are listed here.

For more information on the Microsoft integration in the Redwood UX, see the solution playbook, How do I implement Microsoft 365 for Oracle Sales Redwood UX? on the Oracle Help Center Sales > Playbooks page.
