Allow recruiting users to know how well a candidate’s education, experience, skills,
and profile match the skills, requirements, and job information of a job requisition.
Generative AI is used to generate that information and it derives ratings on a scale of 0 to
5

Set the site profile value to Y for these profile options:
- ORA_IRC_APPLICANT_AI_SCORES_FEATURE_ENABLED: To enable the AI rating
feature.
- ORA_IRC_AUTO_COMPUTE_JA_SCORES_ON_CREATION: To calculate the scores
during the job application creation process.
Go to Setup and Maintenance > Search > Manage Administrator Profile
Values.

Add the Calculate Candidate Matching Rating action in the candidate selection
process. You can add this action to any phase and state of a process. When this
action is added to a candidate selection workflow, the scores are calculated
automatically when the job application moves to the selected phase and
state.
Go to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Candidate
Job Applications > Candidate Selection Process Configuration.

Enable and configure the job application rating. You can define the weight or
importance of the education, experience, and skill. The total for education,
skill, and experience must equal 1. After the weights are defined, recruiting
users need to calculate the scores again using the Calculate Candidate Matching
Rating action.
