Enable Recruiters to View All Messages
When recruiters apply the All messages or Sent by others filters, they can't see emails for a candidate if they don't have access to all the associated contexts. However, they can see all SMS messages if they have access to at least one of the contexts associated with the messages. However, you can provide them with unrestricted access to these messages through a profile option, ORA_IRC_MSG_CENTER_SEARCH_VIEW_UNRESTRICTED.
When you enable this profile option, recruiters can:
- View the list of all emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages for all requisitions, pools, and events that they have access to. Otherwise, they can only view messages from the most recently modified 10,000 requisitions, 5000 pools, and 5000 events.

View the list of all emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages in the context of candidate profiles, prospects, submissions, events, or pools that they don’t have access to.
This profile option enhances the search performance of the Message Center and provides a unified experience across the Messages tab and Message Center.
A few points to consider while enabling the profile option:
- By default, this profile option is set to N at the site level. If recruiters in your organization have access to all requisitions, pools, and events, it's recommended to set the site level value to Y. To provide access to only some users, you can set the user-level value to N for those users. This will override the site-level value.
- Unrestricted data access is provided only for the search feature but not for the contexts.
- The values previously set in these two profile options will be ignored:
- ORA_IRC_MSGCNTR_OSCS_REQ_BATCH_SIZE (Message Center Requisition Batch Size)
- ORA_IRC_MSGCNTR_OSCS_REQ_IDS_MAX (Message Center Requisition Maximum Limit)
