Generate and Approve Monthly Time Cards in the Time Management Work Area

You can create monthly time cards in the Time Management work area using the Team Time Cards page and Generate Time Cards process.

You can't open or edit the monthly time cards in this work area. You can't view the summaries of them either. You can approve them by selecting the relevant time cards and clicking Approve.

Here's what needs to happen for you to open and edit monthly time cards:

  • Create and enable the HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED profile option and the profile option codes for worker, manager, and time and labor manager.
  • You need to be linked to a responsive UI layout.

After these configurations are complete, you can use the Team Time Cards quick action. If you're a line manager, use the quick action in My Teams. If you're a time and labor manager, use the quick action in My Client Groups.
