Reassign Performance Documents for Terminated Managers

When a manager is terminated or inactive, you can automatically transfer the performance documents owned by the manager, to other managers.

Use the Reassign Performance Documents with Terminated Managers process. This helps to complete the evaluation without a manual transfer of each performance document. Here's a list of key features about this process:

  • It can reassign performance documents to the employee's new line manager (if one exists).

  • It can reassign performance documents to the manager of the terminated performance document manager (if active).

  • It can be run for specific review periods if the focus is only on current performance documents.

  • It can be run for all review periods.

Here's what you do:

  1. Click the Scheduled Processes work area in the Navigator.

  2. Click Schedule New Process.

  3. Enter or select Reassign Performance Documents with Terminated Managers in the Name field.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Enter your parameters and click Submit.

Note: If using this process it's recommended to run it daily to automatically update performance document managers.
