Report Grant Overpayment Resolution

You can do a final review to confirm the resolution when a student's grant overpayment has been repaid and resolved.

This task is created when a Grant Overpayment Balance is automatically set to zero.

Here's how you complete the task:

1. Review the U.S. Department of Education NSLDS professional access website and review the grant overpayment status.
2. Click Complete Task if the information received and displayed is accurate.

Expected task result is:

• If the task is completed because the Grant Overpayment has been remedied, the Grant Overpayment QC Hold is created with a Resolved status.
