To start an implementation of Global Human Resources, a user with the Application Implementation Consultant role (ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB) must opt into the offerings applicable to your business requirements.

Manage your workforce information including banks, actions, assignment statuses, checklist templates, document types, and eligibility profiles.

Elements and Formulas

Define elements for base pay, absences, benefits, time and labor, and payroll. You can also define formulas for specific areas such as payroll calculation.
