Enrollment Action Reasons

Create action reasons and associate them with enrollment actions. Administrative users can then select an action reason when they make a change to students' enrollment records.

Access the Enrollment Action Reasons page: From Student Central, click Search and search for Enrollment Action Reasons.

Create action reasons for these enrollment actions:

• Drop scheduled course

• Withdrawal

For example, for the drop scheduled course action, create an action reason of unpaid fees.

A scheduled course is also known as a course section.
