Configure Retainage

As a procurement application administrator or as a user who has the Manage Purchasing Document Style privilege, you can enable retainage for existing or newly created user-defined document styles.

These are the steps you need to follow to enable the retainage:

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, in the Tasks tab, click Search.

  2. On the Search page, search for the Manage Document Styles task and click the task.

  3. Create a new document style or update an existing user-defined document style.

  4. Set Retainage Enabled to Yes.
