Release Workspace

Use the Release Workspace scheduled process to release your workspace so you can get your draft from the Configurator Models work area into a production environment, such as Oracle Order Management.

Privileges Required

• Manage Configurator Workspace (CZ_MANAGE_WORKSPACES_PRIV)
• Release Configurator Workspace (CZ_RELEASE_WORKSPACE_PRIV)

Specifications

Use these specifications when you run the scheduled process.

Specification	Description
Job Type	As needed.
Frequency	As needed.
Time of Day	Anytime.
Duration	Typically a few minutes, but it might take longer depending on the number of workspace participants and the complexity of the models that you're releasing.
Compatibility	You can't run the Release Workspace scheduled process simultaneously with these scheduled processes: Import Items Associated with an Item Class Item Import Product Model Item Refresh Snapshot Unrelease Model Participants Workspace Prerelease Report Another instance of Release Workspace

You don't run this scheduled process from the Scheduled Processes work area. Instead, you use the Configurator Models work area. For details, see Release Your Workspace.
