Before You Can Deliver Joint Interest Billing Reports Through Emails

Before you can deliver joint interest billing reports through emails, set up the email address for each stakeholder. You set up the email details for external stakeholders in their customer records, and for internal stakeholders in their person records.

To set up email details for an external stakeholder:

  1. Navigate to the Home page, select Customer Data Management, and then click Organizations.

  2. On the Organization page, search for the stakeholder’s customer record and click the Registry ID link for the customer.

  3. On Edit Organization page for the customer, scroll down to the Email section and enter the email details. Click Save.

To set up email details for an internal stakeholder:

  1. Navigate to the Home page, select Customer Data Management, and then click Persons.

  2. On the Persons page, search for the stakeholder’s person record and click the Registry ID link.

  3. On Edit Person page, scroll down to the Email section and enter the email details. Click Save.
