Overview of Filtered Lists

Filtered Lists are lists created with custom-defined criteria containing attributes, operators, and other filters. You associate a list with a business object, a subscriber, and conditions that form your criteria of the list. You can run lists within a business process to easily identify the object records that qualify your criteria and use the lists for specific tasks.

Filtered Lists are dynamic in nature and the list results are based on current data. For example, if you create a list of workers with criteria to return information about contingent workers, the results of the list now can be different from the results of the list a month later. This is because the number of contingent workers might be different a month later.

You can create and access lists from the My Client Groups tab, Data Exchange work area, Filtered Lists quick action.
