Guidelines for Loading Verified Licenses and Certifications Results

EnhancedTalentProfile business object in HCM Data Loader can be used to upload the verified results from the third-party system.

EnhancedTalentProfile business object has a child object called TalentCertification, which holds the information about Licenses. The following additional attributes are added to TalentCertification business object.

Attribute Name	Description
ExternalPartyVerified	This attribute accepts Y/N values. Pass the value as Y if the license is verified by third-party provider, irrespective of the verification status.
LastVerifiedBy	Name of the third-party provider who verified the license. This is a free text.
LastVerifiedOn	Date on which the third-party provider verified the license.

To use the TalentCertification business object, you must provide the ProfileId and CertificationId corresponding to the license you want to update back to Oracle Fusion. These attributes are already extracted as part of extracts.
