You can use Dynamic Skills on Break Glass environments. For details, see Can AI Apps be enabled in Fusion Break Glass pods.

US Government Cloud customers can use Dynamic Skills functionality without AI support. If customers require Oracle provided healthcare skills they're encouraged to focus on roles and populations that are neither clinical nor specialized.

In addition to Dynamic Skills support for European Union Restricted Access (EURA), Dedicated Region Cloud Customer (DRCC), and UK government pods, the following HCM AI features are also supported:
  • Suggested Candidates
  • Similar Candidates
  • Time to Hire
  • Recommended Jobs
  • Similar Jobs
  • Suggested Careers
  • Suggested Successors

For best results, it's also recommended that the environment meets these criteria:

  • The Core HR and Talent Management environment must be active in production for at least 12 months. Or the environment must have prior production data for Talent Profile of at least 12 months to benefit from high-quality recommendations.
  • The Recruiting environment, if applicable, must be active in production for at least 6 months. Or the environment must have prior production data of at least 6 months to benefit from high-quality recommendations.
