Update the Members List Based on Membership Criteria
Use the Update the Members List Based on Membership Criteria scheduled process the first time you associate members to a team using membership conditions.
This process updates the members list by reviewing the associated member lists, identifying the filter criteria, and monitoring changes in the user profile using the Atom feeds.
When to Use
Use this process the first time you associate members to a team for configuring an access control list. Also, use this when members are transferred to a new department, join or leave an organization, or when you want to refresh the data before a scheduled refresh.
You can specify the frequency at which the members list should be refreshed based on how often member data is likely to change.

- Run Scheduled Processes (HEY_RUN_SCHEDULED_PROCESSES_PRIV)
- Manage Scheduled Processes (FND_MANAGE_SCHEDULED_PROCESSES_PRIV)
- Employees Workspace (PER_ATOM_WORKSPACE_ACCESS_EMPLOYEES_PRIV)
This is required for using Atom feeds.

Troubleshooting Information
- You can view the status of the refresh operation in the Scheduled Processes work area.
- The validation errors and warning messages that prevented the schedule process are displayed in the error log. Any interactive warning validations aren’t performed.
- When the program is submitted, you can use Resubmit, Put on Hold, Cancel Process, Release Process as provided by the Scheduled Processes work area.
