Process Sustainability Activities

Use the Process Sustainability Activities scheduled process to perform either mass validation of sustainability activities or mass posting of sustainability activities to a sustainability ledger.

When you run the process in the Validate mode, Oracle Sustainability first recalculates emissions for draft activities, and then validates each activity. You must review and address validation errors if any, and then run the process again to re-validate activities until it is clear of validation errors. When you run the process in the Post to Ledger mode, Oracle Sustainability validates each activity and changes the status of the activity to Posted if the activity is validated without errors. No recalculation of emissions happens in this mode.

When to Use

Use this process when you want to perform mass validation of sustainability activities or post sustainability activities to a sustainability ledger in bulk.
