WFM schedules include time and HR shifts, and shifts from external scheduling applications.

Note: The Team Schedule and Planned Schedule pages round shift durations to the nearest 15-minute increment. For example, an HR shift with a duration of 5.6 hours appears on the Team Schedule and Planned Schedule pages with a 5.5-hour duration.
