Manage Attachments on Order Lines

Attach details to an order line, such as a file, URL, or text.

For example, attach a document file that includes requirements for manufacturing, text that describes how to negotiate a price, or a URL to a web page that describes how to assemble an item.

Order Management.

• Can accept an attachment as part of a source order.

• Can't accept an attachment from a fulfillment system.

• Can't send an attachment to a source system.

Manage an attachment for an order line.

1. Create a new sales order then add a value in the Customer attribute.

2. Search for an item on the order line and click Apply.

3. Click the paperclip in the Attachments attribute on the order line and attach your details.
