Rejection Reasons for Workflows
Approvers of a workflow can select one or more rejection reasons when rejecting the workflow from the workflow object, in-app notification, and the overview page.
This applies to all workflow types - change orders, change requests, problem reports, and corrective actions. The selected reasons will be displayed in the History tab and in the workflow history.
Note: You can't specify rejection reasons from your email
notification.
You can add Rejected Reason as an attribute to your Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) report for approval details.
