Setting Up GIS to Property Import Mapping
Your agency can integrate ESRI with the Permitting and Licensing system to enable real-time import of Address, Parcel, Owner, and Parcel District information.
To use this feature, the agency must configure import mappings for Address, Parcel, and Owner.
-
Turn on the Identify and import property information using GIS switch. For more information, see Setting Up Agencies.
-
Use the GIS to Property Import Mapping page to map GIS attributes for Address, Property, and Owner. If your agency has defined GIS layers for Parcel Districts, then the respective mapping can be done to import that information to the parcel reference.
Note: For performance reasons, the address, parcel, and owner layers on ESRI must be defined with pagination enabled.
