You can use Oracle WebLogic Suite UCM image to create Forms compute instances in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. See Creating an Instance in Using Oracle Forms for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.For instances created after release 21.1.3, you can create custom images from compute instances created with Oracle WebLogic Server for OCI images. See Managing Custom Images in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure documentation.
