Complete all of these fields and click OK:

• Rate Name

• Gross Amount or Net Amount

  Note: Gross Amount or Net Amount, whichever is not filled in will be autopopulated based on the tax amount.

• Adjustment Reason

The Work with Freight Audit History (P4981) program computes the Taxable Amount and Tax Amount based on Tax Rate Area and Tax Explanation code. The system displays the default value for Tax Rate Area and Tax Explanation code based on rate setup.
