Defaults

These processing options control the default information that the system provides in the KPIs.

1. On-Time Ship Rate Threshold

Use this processing option to specify the On-Time Ship Rate threshold value. If left blank, the system assigns 0 (zero) as the threshold value.

2. Rate of Return Threshold

Use this processing option to specify the Rate of Return threshold value. If left blank, the system assigns 0 (zero) as the threshold value.

3. Order Fill Rate Threshold

Use this processing option to specify the Order Fill Rate threshold value. If left blank, the system assigns 0 (zero) as the threshold value.

Note: To override the On-Time Ship Rate Threshold, Rate of Return Threshold, and Order Fill Rate Threshold, enter a value in the Override Default Threshold Days textbox. Use the Menu at the top left of the KPI charts to access the textbox.
