EPM Assistants: Consolidation Process Assistant

EPM Assistants enable Service Administrators to download AI agent templates for integrating Cloud Enterprise EPM or Cloud EDM with Fusion AI Agent Studio.

A Consolidation Process Assistant is now available, which helps with the following operations:

  • Execute Data Integrations
  • Execute Consolidations
  • Retrieve and Update POV
  • Execute Intercompany Matching Report Definitions

Business Benefit: Financial Consolidation and Close Assistant enhances the user experience by enabling you to quickly find information and perform tasks through natural language interactions. The assistant streamlines common operational tasks, thereby increasing productivity and improving operational efficiency.

Steps to enable and configure

Use the steps in How to Use EPM Assistants with AI Agent Studio in Getting Started Guide for Administrators.

In addition, you must enable a new Consolidation Setting called “Data Retrieval Diagnosis” for the agent to analyze data retrieval performance. See EPM Assistants in Financial Consolidation and Close in Administering Financial Consolidation and Close.
