EPM Assistants: Consolidation Approvals Assistant

EPM Assistants enable Service Administrators to download AI agent templates for integrating Cloud Enterprise EPM or Cloud EDM with Fusion AI Agent Studio.

A Consolidation Approvals Assistant is now available. It provides a workflow for users to retrieve approval unit status and perform approval actions, including updating the approval status for their assigned approval units.

It is packaged as a downloadable ZIP file on the Downloads page. Extracting the ZIP file provides access to these files:

  • FCCS_APPROVALS_AGENT.json
  • FCCS_CURRENTPOV_AGENT.json
  • FCCS_APPROVALS_AGENT_APP.json

These files are required for the complete setup. 

Note: When you import AI Agent Studio, the FCCS_APPROVALS_AGENT.json file will import FCCS_JOBSTATUS_AGENT and FCCS_VALIDATEMEMBERBULK_AGENT automatically in draft mode. The Current_POV_AGENT.json must be imported separately. After importing all the files, you must publish them.
