Tips And Considerations

These are some of the key known limitations:

  • Multiple assets on a single work order isn't currently supported for work orders generated from a maintenance program.
  • All assets on the work order are of the same item and serial controlled.
  • Cost of repair is prorated equally across all assets in the work order.
  • Materials that are predefined with supply type of operation or assembly pull aren't supported during operation completion and back flush. Only materials with a supply type of push are supported, allowing manual material reporting of issued quantity.
  • You can't create requisitions for material items that aren't available in inventory. Additionally, existing work orders with requisitions that are fulfilled directly to the work order using a purchase order aren't supported.
  • Quality inspection plan isn't available in this update to perform work order inspections, it will be available in a future update.
  • Opt in becomes irrevocable after the creation of first multiple asset work order.
